Withdrawal Instructions

 

Sometimes you'll need to change your signup notes or withdraw from a tournament. To do that, follow these steps:
 

How to WD from a tournament:

 

1) Navigate to the main Tournament Page.

2) Click on "View" next to the tournament in question.

3) On the left, click on "Register Now" even though you're already registered.

4) Click on "Edit Registration."

5) Put your name in the Player box and click continue.

6) Near the top, in the yellow box, click the "Click Here" link.

7) In the "Actions" drop down box, select "Cancel Registration."

8) In the pop up click "ok."

 

You can also go to the confirmation email you received when you signed up for the tournament and click the edit registration there to cancel.

 

How to change your signup notes:

 

1) Navigate to the main Tournament Page.

2) Click on "View" next to the tournament in question.

3) On the left, click on "Register Now" even though you're already registered.

4) Click on "Edit Registration."

5) Put your name in the Player box and click continue.

6) Near the top, in the yellow box, click the "Click Here" link.

7) In the "Actions" drop down box, select "Edit Registration."

8) Change signup notes in box.

9) Click next.

10) Click next.

11) Click next.

 

WDs seven days before an event will cost you $5.00 in processing fees. WDs less than 7 days from the tournament require you to reach out to the Tournament Director directly so they can fill your spot or give back tee times to the golf course.
